  Don't go there after 9 the roast beef sandwich was okay both fries were cold forgot my chicken sandwich .when I went back to get it I asked if it was still warm and with the enthusiasm of somebody on like five Valiums he said I can heat it up again .the bun was warm but the chicken was cold.

  Very upset with the service at this location. I was in line at the drive threw at 9:58 last night. The woman in front of me took about 5 minuets to finally finish her order as she hung out the door. I pulled up to the speaker expecting to hear someones voice ring over and ask what I would like and I hear nothing. I sat there for about 2 minuets still nothing. I drove past the window as the clerk was handing the slow lady her food and asked why I wasn't helped and was told they closed at 10pm! I am beyond pissed I was in line and because the slow ass lady in front of me took 5 minuets to order her food I wasn't serviced. I will not be returning to this location. Not very good customer service. I was in line before 10 I should be helped.

  Good Arby's. I've been here several times and have never had terrible service, the food always comes out in a timely matter tasting delicious. I took away 1 star because coming in and out of the parking lot, especially during rush hour, can take a prolonged amount of time
