  I will never ear here again! Service was horrible, there were 3 people in my party. The wait was awful. Two of us received our food in a reasonable amount of time. The other person received their food 30 minutes later!!! The waiters excuse was that another server took his order. I asked to speak with the manager. She began to tell me that they were dealing with a leaking roof...By this time I had completely lost my appetite. Never again will I eat here, I had been a long time customer of Applebee's but this experience has changed me.

  Ordered car-side to go the other day, food was to be ready at 8:30 pm, car-side stopped at 9, store closes at 11. So I get there right when my food should be ready and sit there, and sit there, and sit there, for probably close to twenty minutes. The whole time I can see employees staring at me out the window. Finally, someone comes out who is clearly leaving work and not coming out for me stops and asks me if I needed something. I tell him I'm waiting for my food and he informs me that there was no one there to bring it out as they had all left already. Nonetheless, he went in to get my food. Food was fine but of course getting cold at the point when I got home. I can only wonder how long I would have sat there if it wasn't for him. Any longer and it would have been ice cold. Seems to me that anyone working there could have brought it out since they clearly saw me there. I wouldn't have left a tip if I hadn't already done so online.

  Yea so I heard these people here have no remorse and apparently slander people's names. I don't like the way these people in here come off. I can tell outsiders can get away with murder in these places.
