  Me and my wife ate here a few weeks ago and when she finish drinking her sweet ice tea it had a 10 small ants in it. My wife was so mad that she called up there to tell them about the ants and they had said they change the Machine that morning and my wife told him that it could be no way that you guys change the machine that morning if there still is ants in the machine so she told them that she was three months pregnant and that she had never had a cup of ants before and she was pretty disgusted and tell them that she would never ever eat from them again. Please people check your food before you eat it. But as far as I'm concerned I will never ever eat at this Arby's on colrain

  The food was good, but they messed up my son's order (to go). He called them and they promised to give him a free one. So, at least they admitted their mistake; most places won't after you get the food home.

  Staff closes dining room before eight pm, even though door is unlocked. Staff laughed at me and sent me away. Manager was helpful but made excuses while staff member decided to mop floor and my feet to make it clear I was not welcome. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this location.
