- 1 / 5By LaToya RobinsonFor the second time the five of us dined here and the customer service was awful. We were treated badly by the assistant manager. My co worker ordered food and was told upon the arrival of our food that what she ordered was not on the menu. This is the second time this has happened. She watched us eat while her food was being prepared. The manager decided that 20% off was sufficient. And stated that maybe she should have her daddy ot her friends pay her bill. Good ole customer service. Blue Bird if we wanted a free meal we will gladly patronize a classier place. Thankfully I was working and could not say what I wanted to say to the rude assistant manager. Definitely will not return....but the food was good and the waitress was nice.March 19, 2017
