  Very slow kitchen and questionable service. We love their food so we've given them several chances. Unfortunately, we're unlikely to return to this location. Go just across the river to the one in Cold Spring, KY.

  Zero stars is what this place deserves. Took a ridiculous amount of time to be seated in a nearly empty restaurant then on top of that it took fifteen minutes or so to even get our drink order which took another ten minutes for her to get. My coffee was clearly not fresh and my boyfriends had a piece of onion, unclean mug. The waitresses stand around gossiping. Unprofessional and disgusting. If you want your time wasted this is the place to go.

  Was seated very quickly, however we sat there for fifteen minutes and nobody even came to our booth...not even for a drink order. A guy a few booths waved down a passing waitress and asked for a refill. He sounded very annoyed. After twenty minutes we just got up and left. Nobody said anything to us as we left. Worst service ever.

  It has become a coin toss on the food and service, maybe the food is ok and service bad or vice versa. We ordered breakfast eggs were not cooked as we wanted, her home fries burnt. The coffee was vile (tasted old). And I'm not going to go into the attitudes of the servers. To top it all off, when she went to pay, she had to wait for one of the servers to take notice of her and pull themselves away from their conversation with each other to take our payment. If this is to be the new standard for Bob Evans I will spend my money elsewhere.
