  This place was amazing for me!! The manager is awesome, and all of the staff I encountered had pleasant, helpful attitudes.
  
  My food was delicious! Hands down, one of the best veggie burgers I've ever had- not one of those defrosted, Morning Star black bean burgers- an actual, custom made veggie patty. Their fries are also great! I got the large to share with my mom, and it was still too much for both of us to eat. I will say they could do better with the parm/herb aioli- I got it on the side, and they just put Parmesan cheese and herbs on top of my fries and gave me a side of mayo. It'd be nice if it were like an actual aioli- actually blended together. No other complaints!

  From my favorite burger and a place i always wanted to come, to a place I won't come again. Cincinnati locations is a sorry replica of others that I've been to. Not enough stools? And only serving two things on opening day? What a shame.

  Do you like the classic dinner style of five guys, simple burgers and shakes, but hate the feeling that your swimming in grease twoard your next bi-pass? Then you gotta give Burger Fi a try! Clean and simple burger, quality ingredients and doesn't make you feel like your burger just took five years off your life. Fry's are well seasoned and crispy, bacon is great, everyone loves a Coke free style machine, and those shakes! Superior burger and fast. Great addition to the Banks!
