  Waited an hour and 15 minutes for our food. Our waiter avoided us for the majority of the time. Said the manager was going to come over to our table to apologize for the poor service. It never happened. We had to flag down another waitress to get our check. I was trapped in cheesecake factory for 2 and a half hours. It got to the point were I just wanted to leave and I couldn't. Definitely the worst restaurant experience I've had in a while. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

  Great ambiance with sizable portions. I rarely can finish all my meal and humugous slice of cheesecake. The food has always been amazing with great service and a huge selection of deserts. My only complaint is that they have so many options for food and desert that their menu is a little overwhelming. That said, they do a good job delivering well on all of the items.

  Somehow I made it this far into life without ever eating at the cheesecake factory. I regret that. The food was delicious. The booth was a little snug but other than that a very enjoyable experience. I had the Louisiana Chicken Pasta and it was just the right amount of spicy and savory.

  Waited 45 minutes for a table. When called up front we waited 5 more minutes. They brought us to a table that wasn't clean. Waited 5 more minutes up front. Finally got to our table. Ordered. Food took 30 minutes. Ordered cheesecake and it took over 20 more minutes. Incredibly slow.
