  Terrible customer service and very unprofessional. I have placed an online pick up order twice and my orders were not done when I got there and I made sure the times I put gave them plenty of time to get my order done so that I could get my order and get back to work. This last time in particular, it was not acknowledged at all that my order was not done (which I was actually 15 min late picking up) but instead I was told that the next time I will charged for having sauce and cheese on the side? Since when are sides an extra charge? If there was a different location near me, I wouldn't bother going in this one. Every other time I go, there's an issue at this place. Just terrible.

  Much improved! They used to be horrible for getting your order wrong if you called, faxed, or placed an order online. Much better!

  Almost every time I go to this location they are out of something or you have to wait for a popular item! Tonight it was guacamole! And they had been for sometime. PUT UP A SIGN SO PEOPLE KNOW!!

  The food is good. It really it. I don't really like the way these people employed here come off. Glaring at everybody with contempt, making excuses. Needs new way of going about things.
