  I just left Chipotle. I asked the employee to change his gloves because I had a wheat allergy. He asked another employee a question and preceeded to say that everything was fine for me to eat. No, everything is not gluten-free. He acted as if he didn't want to change his gloves. My family and I come once a week. I think I know what I can and cannot eat. Then, I call the store and ask to speak to a manager. I was on hold for over eight minutes and the manager never came to the phone. Chipotle, you need to do better and become more professional. I don't think that I'll be going back. I've never had a problem with an employee changing his or her gloves. Why did I have an issue today. Chipotle please educate your employees on food allergies!!

  I love Chipotle but hate this particular one. The staff is slow and has gotten an order wrong every time I've been here. Most other Chipotles are paragons of efficiency and friendly service, but this one has indifferent staff and just wastes your time. Eat elsewhere.
