This is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever been to, and I've been to many - both locally and nationally. The employees are lethargic and lackadaisical, the food quality is poor at best, and the restaurant is always dirty.
Being that I was a Chipotle shareholder, albeit only for a short time period, I had high hopes for a company-wide turn around since their foodborne illness crisis. I have not seen anything of the sort over the last year.
