  Rude my order was not placed and when it was it was a mess brought back a new one and that took for ever only to bring it out when we are headed out the door they have went down hill

  Always very crowded and understaffed. The games are always out of order or just not working and it takes 20 minutes to get someone to assist you with anything. The ticket redemption machines NEVER work and there is always 1 person working at the prize counter. I would much rather pay a little more and go to Dave and Buster's or Scene 75.

  Stood at the register for aprox 10 mins and wasn't even acknowledged by two workers the worker who finally waited on me was the manager and when I mentioned my wait rather than being apologetic she was rude. Also paid $20 for 2 lunch salad bars and 2 sodas!

  If my daughter was giving this review. But she is not. It is messy and I think everyone who works there isn't a 'fan' of children. Which could be a result from working there but they need to at least pretend to like kids.

  Since its 1 token a game our money can stretch a bit and the kids won't be confused about how many tokens go into each game. The security at the door and the stamps on our hands make me feel safe. So if one of my little ones gets away from me, I know they can't get out that door very easy. There is a game for all ages. We have such a great time!
