  I only order from this location if I don't want to pick it up (the next closest location doesn't deliver to me) and they are always a decent 20-30 minutes over the quoted delivery time and usually the food is subpar. I thought when they opened the new location it would be better, however they are still slow and have no sense of urgency about their job. This particular time, the woman forgot my marinara (and I know she made the food and boxed it and delivered it due to the tracker). After I finally got my food I called them back to tell them about my missing marinara ($1 for a small side, or else I would have said screw it) and she said she'd bring it right back. 25 minutes later I finally get my marinara after I'm done eating and had to call the store. Luckily the lady at the store was nice and credited me for the cheese bread and marinara, but the woman who FINALLY showed up with my marinara tried blaming someone else (mind you she's the same woman who delivered my food originally and she also tried to say the wait for my food was due to a random rush, which I know can happen but when I said oh yeah my quoted time was a half hour, she tried to say if I'm going to order like that (I guess meaning needing my food by a certain time) I need to keep in mind possible rushes) I'm very unhappy with the service and I honestly probably will never order from them again unless I do carryout.

  If I could give this location a -5 stars I would horrible service very unprofessional on the phone . very rude . and deliver two pizzas to me cold as ice one after dropping the firat one of at the wrong address then bringing it back to us from there home

  01/25/17 about 8pm....I will never order from them again.... I placed an online order and paid online. I ordered two things. Was watching the tracker it had been over 25 minutes since they left the store I'm only down the street. (Like how many orders do you take at once?) was praying my food wasn't cold. So the driver Austin finally arrives, (never called) I give him five bucks and grab the food he leaves I go in the house and look at the food the food is wrong by the time I got out to catch him he's gone. So I called the store on hold for 10 minutes one of the workers answered I told her about the order before I even told her what was missing she already was telling me the item that I was missing. She stated that there was another order for my street and the orders got mixed up she said she was going to have the driver Austin come back to pick up the orders and switch them. I told her I didn't want it because somebody else had already touched it it had been 15 minutes past the time I got it, it would have been cold and no telling what they would have done to it. I then told her to have him come back and pick the food up and cancel my order she said hold on for the manager to cancel. I was on hold for 15 minutes then I got a call I clicked over it's Austin he was Outside trying to pick the pizza back up. Gave it to him. In the mist of that the call drop so I call the store back was again on hold for 10 minutes the lady finally answers I told her I was on hold for the manager she stated that the manager cancelled the order I was trying to speak to him but was unable to get of hold of him. Not even a call back. Will call corporate in the morning to make sure everything is cancelled and I told her I wanted my five dollar tip back as well and to send the driver back so he could bring my five dollars. She said okay. I want every undeserving dime back ! Will spend it on a happy meal. At least I'll get better customer service.
