I AM SO ANGRY! The vine street store in cincinnati, Ohio is so messed up. I placed an order an hour and a half ago. We called the store several times to ask why it was taking a while and each time we asked to speak to a manager. It wasnt until a manager actually answered the phone initially that we were informed that we had not spoken to a manager any of the other times we called. Another employee had just pretended to be the manager. When our pizza arrived it was WRONG and COLD. I told the manager, Nathan, and he claimed that the delivery driver put in the system that he had delivered it at 12:12pm. As you can see, that was a lie. Horribly ran business. I used to love Dominos but after this I will be doing Papa Johns pizza.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! I am beyond frustrated with the service I received a couple nights ago. STORY TIME. I placed a delivery order around 1am for 1 medium pizza. Simple order right? Apparently the employees of this establishment thought otherwise. After 30 minutes, when delivery time was 19-29 minutes, we decided to call. They said that our order was "undeliverable." That it couldn't be delivered because we weren't there (aka couldn't be delivered because they didn't actually put it in their car. Kind of an important step for delivery...but we'll talk more about this later). This was lie #1. We had been sitting on the porch awaiting our order the whole time, never once did a Domino's car try to deliver a pizza. "It will be sent back out with our delivery driver." - said the liar. In our short story, this was lie #2 if you want to follow along. After giving them some time, on top of the century and a half we had already given them, we called back. After waiting on the phone for 45 minutes, and calling back 3 more times with no answer, we drove to the store. Once we arrived, we explained the situation to the cashier calmly. She cut us off to yell at us, exclaiming in an extremely rude shrill, "alright alright calm down calm down." Never have I ever been talked to like this by customer service, EVER. I told another employee, one that appeared more professional (and at this point that wasn't too hard to find), we had been calling all night. He said they have been answering their phones all night. Lie #3 and YOU'RE OUT! If by answering the phone he meant they played the whole game of "let's not and say we did" each time the phone rang, then yes, they did just that. The frazzled employee that apparently had never seen a worse time in her life went to get the pizza. It had been sitting in the warmer for 2 HOURS, never once removed for delivery, and it was 3am. She offered us the pizza and I asked for a full refund which she provided, and to make up for it, offered us ONE 20oz soda. Not a sorry in sight. I mean gee, thanks for the refreshment but I ordered a pizza because my stomach that no longer exists needed food. I will NEVER order from Domino's again. I mean it was already hard enough because they have a difficult time competing with a $3 pizza you pop in the oven (which I could have made about 10 of in the time I was waiting), but this sincerely concludes my business with them. And I will spread the word of this situation so nobody has to deal with this unbelievably horrible service. Thank you for all of the subpar pizza's I will never be eating again.

Very consistent. They frequently have the best deals, coupons, and promotions. There point system also makes it easy to earn free pizza if you buy from them relatively often. The range of toppings available is much better than any place at their price point. (Toppers has comparable options but is more expensive and almost never has deals as good). Delivery times are speedy.
