  Waited on hold for twenty minutes then got hung up on. Called back waited another twelve minutes, finally spoke to someone, who apologized for me waiting and getting hung up on and that they knew about it. Insult to injury after all of that, they said it would be an hour to an hour and a half for delivery. Pure sign of location over quantity of service.
  
  And they screwed up our order.

  Absolutely horrible experience at this Domino's location, Store 2681. After walking in and ordering a pizza, I was told I could track progress of my order on the TV screen in the store - est. wait time 9 minutes. True enough after 9 minutes my order showed as ready. However, 5 minutes passes and neither of the store associates went to retrieve my pizza from the oven... 10 minutes go by and nothing has been done, nor had I even been spoken to by the store associates. I then walked to the cash register/order area and was ignored by a separate store associate for several minutes before FINALLY receiving my pizza after 15 minutes of it being ready. No store associate offered an apology. On top of this unprofessionalism and rudeness, when I reached my home with the pizza, the cardboard box immediately fell apart due to the sloppiness of whoever put it together. Will never buy from Domino's again and will warn my friends in Downtown Cincinnati from ordering as well.

  30 minutes before they closed. Still made me a pizza so I could feed a hangry pregnant wife. They were awesome and the rest of these reviews don't do them justice.
