  IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS I WOULD!!! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT ON ALL SHIFTS! Called into the store at 12:00 AM keep in mind the store doesn't close until 12:30AM. These people ignored the phone constantly for 20 mins, so simultaneously I made a online order! The online order went through and they called me immediately from the phone number they ignored me with, and ask me to be at the store before close. I got to the store before clothes they had already locked the door and the Managers looked me right in my eyes, as well as the employees. I stood in the cold for about 10 mins knocking and waving , they closed up the store and left

  Ordered by phone 3/17/2017 at 11Am for a 12:15 Pm delivery had a fairly large order for myself and co-workers with a total of $78.00 to be paid at delivery waited by back door for 30 min. Finally after spending 30 mins on the phone and talking to three different people I was told there was no order for us although they had my name and cell number and was asked do you want us to re-make it. No lunch is over now so I had to return money to co-workers and we were without lunch. This is not our first bad experience with this Donatos delivery one time after ordering lunch for a 12:15 delivery at work and we did receive our order that time but I was woke up about 10 pm that night and was told that they could not deliver because they would be closed at that time. So my guess is that people are not very well trained at taking orders.

  I really enjoy the pizza and their salads are surprisingly good and fresh. Dine-in experience is fine for a counter-order kind of place. Last time I dined in, I got good, fast service and hot, yummy food.
