  Service was good, food was good, however something happened and it took out food 40 minutes to come out.

  Went there twice. First time was for an anniversary. It was outstanding. My wife has dietary limitations - she's allergic to dairy and gluten sensitive. The first server we had was wonderful. They did special things like added olive oil to her steak to make it less dry. Food was outstanding.
  
  Liked the first visit so much we got a "Platinum" Card. Went the second time (to use our new card and the $25 dollar off they promise when you sign up). Server said that we couldn't use our $25 off for some reason. Explained (in detail) the allergies to the server and how they were so wonderful the previous time. She made sure they didn't put anything allergy related on anything but the steak was bone dry - like gunpowder. On top of not being able to use the $25 off that the card (when I purchased it) said I could use, I wasn't happy. Called up a few days later, spoke to a manager who said I should have been able to use the $25 off and the server was wrong. Then she said she'd email me and follow up - no email.
  
  We haven't been back since. When you are a steak / seafood restaurant, taking care of dairy / gluten allergies should be pretty easy. Sorry, there's no excuse for not being equipped to do that. Secondly, if you promise something, deliver on it.
