  I don't normally write reviews, and I'm hoping it was just a slow day and the cooks were having an off day. My boyfriend and I Went on a slow Sunday, greeted by a pile of trash at the front door and they were out of several things. My salad was just iceberg leaves and two slices of tomato thrown into a plastic to go container with a packet of dressing. My boyfriend got the chicken sub- they were out of sub rolls so it came on a hamburger bun. They were out of the special sauce for that sub, out of honey mustard as well. He said there was no flavor to any of it. We didn't finish our food. Looking at other tables that also left half eaten sandwiches, it looked like no one else liked their food either. The fries were really good though. And the server was sweet and super nice.

  Burger and fries were good, but for a place that advertises ice cream, it was not good. I ordered a concrete and just let me say if you order one, ask for a straw. It definitely was not concrete. By it being so liquidity it made the Carmel too strong to even finish. It sounds by the waitress' response that their concrete being so liquidity is a common occurrence . She said due to our custard being made fresh the concretes are soft. That is not a concrete. They are supposed to be hard.

  Good atmosphere . my family was seated almost immediately. The wait staff was courteous and professional. The Andy's size bacon cheeseburger was somewhere between 1/4 lb and 1/3 lb of beef patty and not a single bite was absent of bacon or cheese. The bacon was at a nice crispness. The onion rings are delicious. The kids meal comes in a box car which made my son pretty happy. The chicken tenders kids meal was slightly lacking only having two smaller sized tenders (about 4 chicken nuggets worth of chicken), but well worth the price. The custard is rich and creamy. Overall a good experience.
