  I have eaten at this particular iHop at least 5 times now for the simple fact of it being the closest to my residence. The service has been ridiculously slow everytime. It was so bad once that the manager paid for my entire meal as a way to apologize. I usually go in the late hours of the night when they are not busy. There is no excuse for such bad service

  I don't know what this place is like during the day, but do not go there in the middle of the night. The few people they have working will acknowledge you coming in and then ignore you for 10 minutes before you get seated. (there were only 2 other tables in the whole restaurant occupied btw) The food they brought me looked like it had been sitting back there all night and whoever waits on you won't bother to check on refills or anything else for that matter. Most likely because they couldn't care less and it shows in here at night too. The only time I got any attention was when I stood up ready to walk out without paying because we had already asked for our check twice. Apparently our waitress was outside smoking, came back inside, went back to work and never washed her hands. Needless to say, I did not leave a tip and won't be going back there at night ever again. I will leave a tip here though, do yourself a favor and avoid this place at night. Apparently several of them smoke and do so right outside the front doors. Completely ignoring the 20 feet from the building regulation and no doubt after witnessing the waitress not wash her hands it's a safe assumption no one else there does either.
