  We went in. Half of the restaurant was empty and no one was waiting. The hostess told us there was a 25 minute wait. We left. If you can't seat us (the ONLY people waiting for a seat) in your empty restaurant in a decent amount of time, you'll never stay open.

  Wings were great. Pulled pork and waffle fries were great. Looked like it was closed and no one was here untill we got in. But the food was good service was good. Sweet tea is not very sweet. But overall experience was good.

  This was my second visit to Jax, the first of which did not prompt me to come back as the food was not very good. However, we had a family meeting here today with about 20 people present. The food was all hot and fresh, with the only complaint being that on the menu it states the buffalo chicken sandwich has bacon on it, but it did not. The fries and pizza were great. I am happy I gave it a second chance.

  We had a group of 4. The waitress was not very friendly and did not smile once. It seemed like she did not want to serve us at all. Food was alright, except my waffle fries were barely warm, kind of spongy, and my friend's wrap did not come with the sauce she asked for. My wrap was good, but the chicken was just barely warm as well and didn't even come with that much chicken. 2 friends ordered wings; one loved them and the other person didn't care for them. Onion rings were delicious.
  This restaurant needs to make sure their employees don't walk around and serve tables with a "I'm so miserable" attitude. Also need to make sure all food is hot (not just barely warm) before bringing it out to the table. Just an O.K. experience.
