  This crummy excuse of a combination KFC/Taco Bell is my least favorite restaurant in the region. Once they closed early while I was waiting in the drivethru line.

  Not only was product not prepared, I had to endure bad customer service. Ms. Jennifer was not only rude with her body language, eye rolling, and unhygienic uniform, she couldn't explain to me why I had to wait and additional ten minutes for the new Nashville style wings I requested. I got off the phone with other management the next morning, they were way more concerned about my experience than Ms. Jennifer. When present, i asked if I could speak to management, she said she was, but she's only the assistant. My $18.26 order was cancelled due to the lack of representation. I will NOT be revisiting.
