  Overall good . But the deli guy was a complete jerk, he basically threw my salami at me but he's probably comfortable being rough and abusive to his own meat and not used to picking up a half pound of it either. What else should i expect from a grown man still wearing his class ring.

  Terrible experience tonight at your store because employees not trained properly to help finalize our transition action and couldn't get ahold of a manager to tell them how to do it. They told us we had to leave they couldn't do anything. Terrible solution to our problem. Me and girlfriend work all week and this the only time we had to shop. We lost out on all the deals we found and spent a lot of time doing so. Not only is this inconvenience to us but we were treated with bad attitudes about our situation because they even said we don't know how to do this kind of transaction so they were mad at us. Even though we had done this kind transaction there a few times now with no problems. Very bad experience. And the night employee Sherry was very unprofessional about the whole situation.

  They are quickly going downhill. Not only did they rearrange all the isles so I can't find anything (and the Kroger app does not match the item locations), The cart corral is more often empty now so you have to go back out to the parking lot and get one.
