  Worst customer service ever.
  They change there policy every other day. When all kroger stores work for the same corporate office but yet they can't figure out their policies.
  Costumer service apparently doesn't like being questioned. When asking for someone higher then there position Kyle the asst. Costumer service manager storms off like a 5 year old to go retrieve the manager. No, he didn't call the manager over he went to get him and had a conversation with him all the way until he got back in front of me. Which only shows kyle was trying to tell Brian his side of the story before I was. When speaking to Brian he changed his story on the policy 3 different times. When asking to speak to a regional manager I was told from Brian he's not allowed to have me contact the regional because it looks bad on the store.
  Customer service at this krogers is completely wrong and unprofessional.
