  Michele did an outstanding job catering my very complex and inconvenient rehearsal dinner and wedding reception for 175 people. She had great vision, prepared an incredible menu, and executed the actual meals exceptionally. I'm very critical of food at most weddings, and hers was fabulous. She had to work with a limited kitchen we built in a tent outside, use limited lighting, use water that came from a spigot hundreds of feet away, only had the use of 1 of the ovens we rented, and she managed to do it all without complaining or even letting me know of the inconveniences. She really produces a high quality product that you can trust.
