  The floor was basically understaffed. Our server was getting treated like crap from the party in front of us and I mentioned something to her and also the manager before we left last night. Nobody should go out of their way to mistreat anyone no matter where or whom it may be. Food was good, refills were ok but no customer time was really given. Meaning basically I need to know what your order is. Then at the end, I insisted that I speak to the mgr before we left the premises and made sure he was aware of our visit. We did not enjoy ourselves like we usually do and I made that very clear when I spoke to him. We don't think that we will return to the location for a while if ever due to this experience.

  Food is always messed up. I walked out with three orders mashed together when I only ordered one once. Staff could be friendlier. Asst manager is the best staff member there.
