  Just pulled in the drive thru and the girl said they are closed? Uhm pretty sure they're a 24 hour McDonalds... That's absolutely unacceptable.

  I hate mcdonalds. However with the excessive heat my kids needed an indoor place to play. We ordered ice cream and it was good. However the service was OUTSTANDING. I thought it was a fluke, but after 3 different visits I can now conclude that the whole team goes above and beyond to make it pleasant to eat here. The kids toys could use a good cleaning, but other than that my visits were perfect! What a pleasant surprise!

  I've had my best experiences going in to order. Usually, the cashier inside is relatively friendly. Usually when I go through the drivethrough, the staff aren't so much. They hardly say a word to you and when they do, they tend to mumble grumpily and they're quick to slam the window shut after shoving your order out the window without a word. Having worked in customer service my whole adult life, I know that's not okay. I prefer these days to stick to only stopping when I have the ability to go in, it's a more pleasant experience that way and typically faster anyway.
