- 1 / 5By Molly HarriganI don't know why I continue to patronize this establishment. Members of the staff were downright rude to me and my party. Asked about an empty coffee and the person pointed their finger to the back and mumbled something and went on about their business. I watched as my sandwich sat on the counter in back and had to say something to get them to finish it for me. There is probably a reason that this Panera with its prime locations is never crowded but there always seems to be a wait.
