  This panera often gets orders wrong. I recently ordered a rapid pickup. When I went to pick it up it was missing the fruit cup (with no note that it was out of stock). I asked the manager for the fruit cup, he responded that it would be another 10/15 minutes for the fruit cup. I asked if I could substitute for something else since the meal was already paid for. He said no. It seemed clear that they hoped we would not notice the missing Fruit cup. This is not my first negative experience here, but will be my last since they have lost my business.

  This Panera seemed clean enough but wow – don't order the mac & cheese as you definitely do NOT get what you pay for! I ordered this for my daughter and when it came we thought it was just an honest mistake but when I asked, they insisted it was correct and made no attempt to apologize or rectify. It was three spoons full of food! That is way too expensive for what you get - very very poor value.
  
  I am not usually one to complain but this was for my daughter and of course she was still starving after our "meal". We did have a good laugh about it trying to make light of the situation but will probably not be back to this Panera.
