  I order a Philly Cheese Steak and a medium fries at your Eastgate location. I wanted the onion cooked extra well done as I am not a fan of raw onions. I clarified that to the person taking the order. I got my order and headed home, once I arrived the sandwich was more than 50% raw onions a VERY small portion or meat, peppers and mushrooms. To be honest it was uneatable. It was by far the worst tasting sandwich I have received. I always believed that when you pay a premium price you should get a premium product. I would have returned it but my time is more precious at this time of the year than returning a completely inferior product. I do not normally post bad reviews but after spending $13 on a sandwich and fries I do expect better. On a good note the fries were amazing and the kids loved them. I hope you make sure in the future that you correct this to avoid future complaints.

  Staff and food are always phenomenal. For what many would hold as a classic "fast food" joint. I believe many of us have stereotypes about these places. The staff is....ok.....the food....meh. You walk in here and leave with a new opinion on the matter. I have better and friendlier service here then most places where the bill tops 80.00$
