  I'm rating Penn Station 2 stars solely because the workers are very kind and helpful, at least according to my first experience here.
  However, yesterday was National Sandwich Day and I went there hopeful of partaking in their BOGO deal. However, upon arrival at around 7pm, a worker was outside guarding the door saying they're closed due to them being "on the verge of running out of product". Personally I think that they should have accounted for the mass amount of orders that would be made being that it was National Sandwich Day or they should've went and got more ingredients because I think it's completely unacceptable to close 5+ hours early. I am very disappointed at the lack of professionalism and preparedness of this establishment. I'd also like to second the comment that they don't wash hands or wear gloves which was a bit icky to me, however the food was great.
