  Over wasn't bad but one particular employee need to be more friendly and not leave in the middle of assisting a customer. As a former manager to this chain it's disappointing.

  The worst Penn Station ever. I love Penn station but this location messes up my order every time. Ughhhhh half off next order what makes them think I wanna eat there ever again.

  Slowest Penn station I've ever been to. Even when they aren't crowded. I'd recommend calling your order in ahead. Food is just decent, they've given me onions three times when I asked for none, but friendly staff.

  PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Although I am a fan of the Philly cheese steak sandwich, the service and their policy on making an order that was not correct right is not good. They assume to keep your money. Unless you can bring back the sandwich. Which I would have been happy to do, but it was late, right before they closed when I ordered. I tried calling the store the next day at different times. Either the live was busy or it would ring until it completely stopped. I called again today in which I reached the manager. He was very nice. He said I was in luck because the owner was there. He placed the owner on line, of course he did not give his name. He asked if I had called before today, I said yes because your phone system was busy r no one answered. Right before you answered the phone was busy. He said can you bring back the sandwiches!!? Who would keep the disgusting sandwiches. A Philly cheese steak with mayo was ordered. We get the sandwiches home n they put mayo n pizza sauce. I even have him the ticket number. Unfortunately the owner made light of it. Poor customer service. Poor connection to make your customers happy. Even a discount would have been great. Nothing!!! I can see why their Overall rating is 2.7.

  Try the Rueben or the Grilled Artichoke! The cookies are things of legend!
  
  Always friendly and quick! They've never messed up an order for me, and I often go to pick up lunch for myself and several co-workers which I'm sure can make it more challenging, but they always come through. I recommend this place!
