  Good food. Good service. But only 4 stars because that didn't have any fried cauliflower or kils. Very different from the restaraunts in Kentucky.

  January 9, 2017, The female worker only spoke to me at the speaker, yelling at me to say she can't hear me. I placed my order. I pull up, she's on the phone, prepared my drink, made me wait as she continued to talk on the phone. Finally fixed my food, handed me my drink, closed the window, then gave me my receipt to sign, closed the window. Then she opens the window and gives me my food and closed the window. Not one time did she say anything else to me, not even a thank you for signing the receipt. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this location on Woolper. So rude.

  Richie's is really unsuspecting. On the outside, it looks worn down and dicey, and in a way, it is like that on the inside too. The menus and signage have not been updated it appears since they opened, and the staff are also hit or miss in terms of friendliness. On the plus side though, is the food! The pricing is really reasonable in terms of the quantity you get, and it is really good! Specifically the mac and cheese and the chicken fingers w/ potato wedges are fantastic. Overall sure, Richie's may be a dive, but that's okay. It is a location with character and the food quality doesn't suffer.

  Got my money thrown at me after I placed it on the counter. The woman (dark skinned, slim, dreadlocks, about 35-40 years old) told me I could take my money and get the f*^k out. I asked for a manager or the corporate phone number...other employees looked at me and shrugged. They'll never get another dime or recommendation from me.
