  Very disappointing visit to this Ruby Tuesday. Salad bar was good as usual for a RT. Service was very poor, waitress took our group of 8 order, forgot to bring one person's drink twice- even after being reminded. Food took over 45 minutes despite the place being half empty. We ordered 4 burgers, and they all were more well done than requested, by one to two levels of done-ness. The four orders of salmon were well prepared, moist, and flavorful. After calling the manager over, she comped my burger, and offered me a free dessert, which was very nice of her. We took the dessert to go. When we got home, the dessert (a blondie) was dry and so hard, that we almost broke our teeth on it. All in all, the worst visit to a RT in many years.

  Eaten here several times for lunch. Great host, but wait staff not terribly attentive. They "improved" the salad bar...Not! It's a dying chain, in my opinion.

  This is your typically casual franchise restaurant. Food is fine. Staff is friendly enough.
