  Lunch service extremely slow. Had an hour for lunch it took an hour and 15 minutes from start to finish. Food lacked seasoning. I had the New Orleans Seafood and expected to taste some kind of Cajun seasoning very little. Food was also cold when I arrived to the table. That'll be my last time coming over here.

  It was much better than the last time I was at this location in 2003. And I only came back to this location this time, because I didn't feel like traveling all the way to the Mason location . The first time I was here here was horrible. I made reservations for an office party weeks in advance and when we arrived nothing was set up and by the time everything was in place and half of our food arrived it was time to go back to work. I could not believe that, that happened because I called and made arrangements two weeks ahead, so that there wouldn't be any problems with our office group. Our was on Ruby Tuesday.

  Very disappointed in Ruby Tuesday in Kenwood! The salad bar selections were NOT fresh & not very many selections offered! The dining room was dirty. Dining booth & window sills were dirty with food crumbs. Iced tea was served at room temperature....ice had melted by the time it reached the table. Service was terrible. Server did NOT check back. Server did NOT refill drinks. I had to get my own utensils & had to ask for my bill. The restaurant was not busy, yet the servers were certainly not in the dining room serving nor cleaning!! I will NEVER go back to Ruby Tuesday in Kenwood!
