  So many delicious things to eat here! I am yet to have something I did not enjoy. The staff is friendly and the food is always ready quickly. I suggest trying the Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Milkshake, or the Smash Potato Fries. Be careful pulling out onto Ohio Pike when leaving, as it is pretty steep and you may bottom out if you don't go slow.

  Worst customer service ever I come here often and The past 5 times I have been here the manager Kat as she goes by has been so rude I've watched how she's treated the people in front of the line and me ! I was just there this older cute couple was trying to decide on what to order and she was so rude it was disgusting they let me go first I ordered a milkshake and she rolled her eyes WAS JUST AWFUL THROWING THINGS SPILLING IT EVERYWHERE and just awful . Then proceeded to smack my food on the counter faking it through her teeth asking if I wanted ketchup I said no thank you then I asked if she could add more ice Cream to the milkshakes because only she has made them like water like. The last time I came by was 2 weeks ago they claim the close at 10pm but they close all of their registers at 9pm she was so mad that night as well that I came by around 9:30pm and she threw everything around rolled her eyes as always and gave me a water based milkshake I had to go to krogers next door to buy ice cream just to make it an actual milkshake. So then today when i asked her to add a bit more she looked so angry and smacked them down >_> again and I said thank you and walked away bad I love smash burger fries I was so upset that when I saw 2 families about to go in there I had to say something ...finding out she was the manager I took to Twitter and Facebook ect. People like her should not work on her bad days which have been 5 days now every single time I've been there ...I cried I was having such a wonderful day trying to surprise my family with different milkshakes unfortunately smash burger was one of my stops ..I wish there was different management there. Anyway I apologize if you have to encounter this lady that goes by KAT she looks kind of goth calls everyone sweetie with the fake smile ..she seemed so nice at one point . I usually let things go and never return to certain places whom serve horrible customer service I don't even review but I just couldn't help this since I live so close ..not for long though either I don't recommended this place if you do come I pray to all the gods and aliens you don't have to encounter her horrible rudeness and the frightening way she smacks your food around.
