  Man I wish I could give 0 stars. Came in with a small group at 940pm. It's 11:41 at the time of this review. Brought shakes in a fashionable time, but then sat for over an hour waiting for our food. I watched half of our food sit on the shelf for 30 minutes with not a waitress in site. One member of the party actually got up and got the food for us and started passing it out. My burger was cold and hard as a brick, didn't get any of our orders right, and by the time they brought out more food it was cold too, there was hair in the food, and half the party is still waiting. There are two other groups, and this is unacceptable. We will not be paying for this. Listed photos of hair and cold ass rock burger. We were nice the whole time.

  I am only giving one star because it's the lowest possible. This place has some SERIOUS operational issues. The only positive in my visit was that I was seated quickly as there were many open seats. Beyond that is was terrible. It took 15 minutes for someone to even take our drink order. 25 minutes after ordering food it arrived. We had no silverware to eat it with. That took 10 minutes to get. On top of all of this the food wasn't correct. I saw many other tables who had finished their meals and still hadn't received their shakes. People were getting up to get their own drink refills. If something doesn't change, this place will be out of business!
