  Food was good as always but the service was TERRIBLE.. everybody including the manager was sitting on their phones when we walked in, they all look at u like your bothering them, our server was very rude, didn't ask for refills until we were ready to leave and literally threw our straws and spoons on the table deliberately as if she was annoyed she had to make our beverages.

  I and a friend went to this location and it was my first time ever going to a steak and shake and add soon as I walked in the door the whole staff acted annoyed that they had to get off thier phones even the manager. The food was, good but our server rushed us to place our order even after I stated it was my first visit. Then when we ordered shakes she walked away angry and returned throwing the utensils for the shakes on the table as if annoyed we ordered shakes. I will not go back to this location and am now wondering if all steak and shakes have terrible service like this.
