  I don't even want to give a star but it's making me to be able to post this. We went threw the drive thru tonight and not only the service was extremely slow but our food was ice cold and I'm not exaggerating. Plus it was just slopped together. And when I went back threw the drive thru to have it remade one of the employees came to the window to tell us to pull forward without his uniform shirt on and just had a muscle shirt on. I'm sorry but that's unprofessional and kind of gross that he is cooking food not in proper attire. And then used our bag of new food to block the wind to light his cigar and blew the smoke all in the bag and in my car and I can't be around smoke. Then we was missing some of the new food and he said he was not aloud to give it to us. We paid for it. Then our tostada was still slopped together and it was only a half of one. And they was more concerned with these two young girls standing outside waiting on their ride then fixing what they screwed up twice with our order. I will not come back to this taco bell ever again.

  Took me 33 minutes to get through drive thru, they got my order wrong and my food was very poorly made.
