  Another place on Beechmont that has plummeted through the years. Fries are inedible and cold 99% of the time. Service is next to the worst you could possibly ask for from a fast food spot. Years ago this was a decent fast food option but they have clearly stopped caring. We went to a Wendy's in Columbus last week and it was like a whole other franchise. Friendly staff and hot food that tasted good (the opposite of this location). AVOID

  One of the slowest Wendy's I have ever been to. They seem to have enough staff standing around to cover and make good time. The man who took our order seemed to have no idea what he was doing.

  Never a fast transaction. Perhaps they are shying away from the "fast" food label. Food temperatures were less than warm.
