  The manager tonight on march 25, 2017 was very good. He needs to fire most of those kids who are too old to still be acting like they are half raised disrespectful brats. If they are going to serve the public they need to be respectful.

  Last week I went there and there was a sign that said "we are closed" written on a piece of computer paper and sharpie. It was pretty late but not within Wendy's closing hours. As I pulled through I saw employees in UNIFORM standing in the back and I could smell marijuana in the air. Very displeased and disappointed with this Wendy's. Awful service any other time I come. Nobody knows what they are doing. I'd rather drive 15 minutes to get to the Blue Ash location. 1 star for me, because at least I get my food.
