  Showed up at 11:25, was ignored at the drive-thru. Pulled up to the window and the staff inside ran and hid when they saw us. Saw from the side windows that one guy was asleep in a chair.
  
  Should have a sign that says staff runs on a different time zone than customers. Took my business elsewhere.

  It's probably the healthiest fast food if you're going to eat fast food (except the triple bacon stuff). This Reed Hartman location is pretty after the renovation, but the service is hit or miss. They must make their money off of the lunch crowd, because it's nearly empty when we go for dinner, and one of the two self serve Coke machines are frequently out of syrup or ice. Plenty of parking. A little bit of outside seating under umbrellas.
  
  The fake fireplace below the big screen TV is nice when they don't have the volume too loud.
