  I wanted to let a manager know about the STELLAR customer service I received from Sharon and Chris. I came in to the Harpers Station-Montgomery location to pick up an online order only to realize I had stupidly placed my order at the Hyde Park location. Crestfallen, I got ready to leave when Chris said he would call the store and just make the sandwich for me right there. I was astounded- he had no obligation to do that. Sharon was super sweet and documented the order, no questions asked. I tried to show them my e-mail confirming the order but they waved me away. Such friendly and compassionate customer service! Kudos to the staff at the Hyde Park location. Sharon and Chris are the best and deserve a raise! I will certainly be coming back (after I make sure I order at the correct location).
