  Honestly I'm usually not one to make a big deal about drive throughs because I understand that they can get busy but waiting 20 minutes is ridiculous. I pull up to the speaker to order and there is one car in front of me, ordering. Well, I thought that they were ordering. They were sitting there- no joke- for 12 minutes. Finally they pull up, I ordered, and then I took another 8 minutes to actually get my food. Once I got my food I said, very politely, and with a smile on my face, "Why did that take so long?" And the girl working said "Oh we were just changing shifts so it took a little longer." To which I responded, "Yeah I get that but that was 20 minutes." And she says "No, it was just 8 minutes. It says it right here- you put your order in 8 minutes ago." And I said "Yeah from when I place my order, but I sat in my car for over 10 minutes before anyone came on the speaker." And she goes, "Oh yeah, that's because I didn't have the mic on so I didn't know that anyone was there." Like I'm sorry but that's ridiculous. It's literally your JOB to know that someone is there. There's another White Castle like 5 minutes away from this one, I suggest you go there instead unless you want to waste your time and your gas.
