  Drive thru - There are 2 lanes, one labeled lane 1 and one labeled lane 2. Both were accessible. I chose lane 2. After sitting for 15 min they yell out the window that that is not a lane, it should have a cone but customers move it all the time. I said it says Lane 2, she says it's not a lane. I repeat it says lane 2, she reapeats it's not a lane. She says pull up I'll bring it out. I do. And wait some more. Mind you, this was an app order that should've been ready when I got there. She brings it out. I drive away. Sans drinks. Of course they forgot those, too. Worst white castle ever. Label it "not a lane" if it's not a lane. Instead of labeling it lane 2.

  It usually takes a while to get your food here but the sliders are great.
