  I went to Cancun for a work party and the staff was very accommodating despite our very large group. The food wasn't too expensive and tasted pretty good. I will be back.

  GROSS!! Tried this place once and never returned - it was quite literally the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. We waited over 25 minutes for wait staff to even acknowledge us. Food took far too long for such a simple and small order. 5 minutes and a few bites in, we sent ALL of our food back to the kitchen (which we never do) and left. Nothing we had was even close to being real Mexican food. Soggy, everything tasted like plastic and chemicals, and the presentation was embarrassing. The worst, most inauthentic Mexican food I have ever had. It even made bad tex-mex look good - our party agreed that Taco Bell was far better. Cancun needs to hire new a chef, sell the business to people who know how to cook acceptable food, or just close down the business - selling a quality product is clearly not their priority. They are embarrassing themselves with their crap food. I can only think that this place is so popular because a) it's in Trump country, where expired instant coffee would impress people and many have never experienced anything high quality or gone outside of Hamilton County and b) there are NO decent restaurants for miles. Cancun is undoubtedly a failed restaurant. D-
