  This is a awesome place and the best ice cream. The staff has built a relationship with me and knows me by name and I know them by name. It's almost like they look out the window to greet me as soon as I walk in. They give me excellent service and always build rapport with me.I would recommend this place to anyone.Thanks to Nicole,Brianna,Val,Danielle,Austin,Maddie,Jordan.They are model employees.Its not just about the Ice Cream but the experience.

  The manager at this store, NICOLE is very rude. She denied me the right to use a $5 gift certificate that I've been using at various other locations. She would ask me questions and rudely talk over me, raising her tone of voice when I spoke in a calm and respectful manner to her. She even went as far as taking it and not giving it back to me which was fine, because I have more that someone gave me as a gift. Still, no one should be treated as such when they are choosing their service when there's other places I could've chosen to go to. I go to Graeter's a lot, but this was my first and last time going to this specific location. Terrible job at giving someone a great experience for their first time at your store. Way to make a first impression.
