  Absolutely horrible. The GM there, 'Chance', fired an amazing employee there for stealing with no proof whatsoever. This person was completely trustworthy and a very hard worker. I don't know what type of shenanigans they're trying to pull over there but I will have no part in it and will take my business to the other Chipotle right down the road, and I will tell anyone I know of it's unsavory practices. There ARE other, very hardworking employees there, but because of Chance they will no longer have my business. I hope that Chipotle sees the error of their ways and rectifies this situation immediately, though I'm not confident in that hope.

  Compared to most Chipotle in the Cincinnati Ohio area... It's probably one of the best. It's clean fast and efficient but rarely one of the workers would have and attitude but who wouldn't working there

  Very very slow operation. Will take minimum of 10 minutes to get your food. And there are generally at least 2 employees just standing around doing nothing which makes it more frustrating.

  They actually gave a good amount of all of the ingredients but could've used more meat and the steak was super fatty. Other than that, it was a great experience
