  This is the busiest location I've ever been in, yet, it is extremely understaffed. There always seems to be a long line, almost out the door, that moves very slowly because they never have enough trained employees. They are often out of condiments like cream, honey, supplies and often the coffee canisters are empty ! The general atmosphere behind the counter is chaotic and disorganized. I don't understand why such a busy location is so poorly staffed and maintained. It keeps me from going there and I'm sure I'm not the only way one experiencing it this way.

  no honey for 3 days, a bagel with cream cheese and honey isn't the same without honey, so what's the deal? it takes 10 min to run up to a grocery store to buy some. or could get some from another store, but 3 days?
