  Absolutely the worst service ever at a restaurant we frequent often. Had to wait at the door while the hostess finished her "important" conversation with one of the servers. When she finally seated us, our table was filthy with dried food. She never came back to clean it. In fact no one came at all with tortillas, for drink or food order. After some time passed, and they weren't busy, we decided to leave. On our way out we spoke with manager, Jose, who was less than interested in our experience choosing to look at us a with a smirky smile and say " sorry ma'am". Sorry but your restaurant is off our list. We are now sitting in El Jinete enjoying good service and dinner. Oh yes, I'll be calling El Rancho's GM tomorrow.

  Marcella is the best waitress and the food is always perfect. I was hesitant at first because it's the closest Mexican restaurant to my house. But after eating here multiple times and trying the menu, it's great! Ask for Marcella!
