This is a typical Panera in terms of the food and atmosphere. However, this is quite possibly the worst and most illogically laid out ordering counter setup I have ever seen. Foot traffic in the door queues up in the middle of the counter to order, standing in front of diners' tables and creating a big jam for everyone. Not pleasant.
