  Every time we have friends or family in town we go here for breakfast. The "No Wait" app is awesome. I check in when I'm still in bed and have very little wait time when we arrive. My girlfriend really likes this place because of their coffee and everything there is "cute".

  I came back to my hometown of Tucson, flew in from VA for my Dads Funeral. The staff was polite, and made the stay easy and light. Breakfast and dinner was very good. Thank you for your hospitality HGI! TL Cooper

  Expected better after being a customer of the Covington location for years. The service at this new location is hit and miss, along with the attitude of the servers. Our recent service experience was particularly unremarkable. The server hardly checked on us (refills, bill, box to go) and when she did, we had to flag her down. The food selections have expanded and the prices increased. I would not return to this specific location and I might actually seek out an alternative for breakfast/brunch.
